Happy Valentine’s Day!!
A Gift for Our Troops in Afghanistan:
Valentine’s Day took on a whole new meaning for us this year. We participated in a drive that collected items for a care package to send to troops in Afghanistan. We provided cards that they could use to send back home to their loved ones. That seemed the perfect choice for our contribution, since Ilene takes beautiful photos that we easily made into cards. We sent the soldiers cards to use for Valentine’s Day, birthdays, anniversaries, Easter, or just a heartfelt note. We hope that these cards surprised the troops and brought smiles to their faces.
Welcome Back Veterans Program:
Wanting to make a larger contribution to the troops, we decided to launch a new program in their honor: the Welcome Back Veterans Program. In appreciation for their wonderful service to our Country, we welcome back our returning Veterans with a “magical” discount program for learning computer software skills that will help prepare them to successfully re-enter the civilian workforce. For just $75 per day, they will be able to take top-quality live instructor-led classes. They will also be eligible for unlimited free refresher classes and after-class support.
