Excel - PowerPoint/Word 2007 Integration
New - Half Day

The student is expected to be comfortable with the 2007 graphical interface and have at least an intermediate skill level in Excel and Word or PowerPoint. This class will be taught using Office 2007 and therefore the student should be using this version, because the integration is not the same as in 2003, a topic area we will not have time to address.  3 hours/half day class

In this half-day class you will learn:

  • The different options for getting Excel data or charts into PowerPoint and Word.
  • Will also look at the less need possibility of using Word or PowerPoint data in Excel.  The emphasis will be on the two most common needs - using Excel's data for PowerPoint charts and using Excel as a data source for a Word mail merge.

 

Prerequisites:  Excel - PowerPoint and Word Level 1 and Level 2 or equivalent experience.
