Microsoft Excel 2007 Level 2 Skills Assessment
This class is designed for people familiar with Excel 2007
who need to go beyond the basics. Participants will learn to create and use
complex formulas, define and name tables and ranges, and to create basic pivot
tables. The class covers linking and consolidation of multiple worksheets and
workbooks. The class also covers using Auto Filters and Advanced Filters for
analyzing datasets.
Course prerequisites: Excel
Level 1 or equivalent experience. Participants should have direct experience
working with the Excel 2007 user interface. Participants should know how to use
common Excel functions in basic formulas and should be able to create workbooks,
enter and format data, insert worksheets and perform similar basic tasks.

If your score is 12 or greater, you are probably ready to
attend our Microsoft Excel 2007 Level 2 class. Eleven or fewer? We suggest you
attend our Excel Level 1 class first. If you're experienced with an earlier
version of Excel and just want to learn the new Excel 2007 user interface and
other new features, consider attending our Excel 2007 Transition class.
