Our History Computer Magic Training was founded over 10 years ago
in January 1998 by Sharon Root and Ron Gallagher as a high-quality computer software training and
consulting business. We created Computer Magic Training to respond to the needs of organizations
by providing:
- The highest quality trainers in the industry
- Greater reliability of classes
- Increased flexibility in scheduling
- Highly responsive and personalized customer service
- Free after-class support with no time limits
- Competitive prices – with no prepayment for training services
In 2003, Ron retired from
training and moved out of the Bay Area, and Sharon acquired full ownership of the business. Computer
Magic Training is now a 100% Woman-Owned firm, as well as a locally-owned and operated Small Business.
In 2006, experiencing growing pains from our success, we started expanding our facility to increase our
square footage by 2½ times and adding a 2nd large training room. In 2007, we completed the remodeling of our
headquarters training facility, implementing a bold and energetic color scheme and beautiful artwork, along
with the latest in computer technology, to create a learning environment that is more comfortable, enjoyable and effective.

We are a customer-service driven organization, and we place a high priority on hiring coaches internally to continuously improve the quality
of our own customer support service levels.
Our Mission Computer Magic Training’s mission is to empower computer users to improve
their computer skills and professional development resulting in increased employee productivity and creativity. We provide the highest
level of support, respect and care for our clients, students, trainers, employees, training partners and vendors, developing mutually
